How long does onboarding take?

The first structured intake should fit in one session. DrinkLync then moves the venue into the manager workspace for menu, staffing, launch-control, and device planning.

What should I have ready before I start?

Venue name, legal entity if different, city/state, rough floor count, estimated service nodes, current ordering/POS setup, and target launch window.

Do I need exact floor and pickup details on day one?

No. The website inquiry captures the top-level operating shape. Floor labels, pickup points, staffing, and launch readiness are refined in the manager workspace and site-walk process.

Can DrinkLync support Broadway multi-floor venues?

Yes. The Nashville seed pack and onboarding templates are already biased toward multi-floor Broadway launch patterns, including phased floor rollout and pickup-point planning.
