DrinkLync Terms of Service

These terms govern use of DrinkLync’s customer, venue, and support surfaces. They cover ordering, account access, acceptable use, dispute handling, and retained records needed to protect the platform and complete real-world venue transactions.

Core service terms

  • DrinkLync facilitates venue ordering, pickup coordination, and operator workflows for physical goods and services.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and complying with venue-specific service rules.
  • Managers, owners, admins, support, bartenders, and gatekeepers use role-based access subject to auditability and operational controls.

Payments and physical goods

  • DrinkLync uses external, tokenized payment processors for physical venue purchases.
  • DrinkLync does not use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing for drink orders or physical goods consumed outside the app.
  • Raw card data must not be stored in DrinkLync systems.

Suspension, disputes, and retention

  • DrinkLync may retain records needed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, legal holds, security investigations, or regulatory compliance.
  • Account deletion requests do not override required retention duties.
