Are there any transaction fees?
No. DrinkLync is a flat monthly subscription, we never take a cut of your sales or charge per order. 0% of what you sell, always.
Is there a contract?
You start with a pilot so you can prove it on your own floor. After that, a simple service agreement keeps you running, and we share the full terms with you upfront before anything is signed. No fine print.
What's included in the setup fee?
It's us standing your bar up end to end: provisioning and locking down your iPads / kiosks, building your full menu and pricing for you, a live training session for your staff, wiring Stripe payouts to your bank, and a printed QR + signage pack, so you're live on night one.
What if I have more than one bar in the building?
Bars and stations are the same unit now, Core includes 1 station, and every additional station anywhere in the building (a second bar, a rooftop well, a VIP rail) is $99/mo. Multiple stations also roll up into one cross-bar revenue + throughput view with group-throttle across all of them at once.
Is Insights really free?

What counts as Enterprise?
Whole-building rollouts, stadiums, arenas, and multi-venue groups where we onboard every floor, bar, concession, and kiosk in the building for $6,000/month on an annual contract. How much is an event or pop-up?
$500/night with a 2-night minimum and a $500 setup, so from $1,500 for a two-night event. Full ordering for the event window, self-serve onboarding in about 30 minutes, and still 0% of your sales.
Can I start small and add stations later?
Yes. Most venues start on Core's included station and add stations as they grow, $99/mo each, plus a $199 station setup that's waived when the station is part of your initial onboarding. Nothing to re-learn; the new station just appears in the same rollup.
